The 13 hour Blended High School Diploma curriculum includes areas of program and team management, planning, periodization (in and off season), components of building a game model, sports science specific to the high school environment, creating and managing expectations and relationships of the stakeholders as well as building team culture, model design and delivery of on field training.
In the blended format, coaches will complete the course in two (2) phases:
- Phase 1: Three Online Meetings (Zoom) - Three two hour Zoom calls will be utilized to deliver six (6) hours of instruction and interaction reflecting diploma content:
- Zoom 1 - July 11, 2026 (8pm – 10pm EST)
- Zoom 2 - July 18, 2026 (8pm - 10:00pm EST)
- Zoom 3 - July 25, 2026 (8pm - 10:00pm EST)
- Phase II - In Person
- July 26, 2026 (8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST)

Time Commitment: 13 hours of instruction and interaction between phase 1 and phase 2
Assessment: No, attend all online and in-person sessions to receive diploma
Prerequisites: Suggested for girl's and boy's coaches (head or assistant) specifically in secondary or middle school soccer roles
Age Requirement: 18 years of age
Course Pricing: $300 for current members, $350 for non-members

Educators: Both the online sessions and in-person sessions will utilize high school coaches as educators from across our instructional staff who bring considerable experience and insight into best practices and shared knowledge. Director of Education, Dave Simeone, will serve as the lead instructor for the High School Diploma.
