About the Presenter:
Randy Waldrum is a highly accomplished coach with more than three decades of experience at the collegiate and international levels. A 2026 United Soccer Coaches Hall of Fame inductee, Waldrum is a two-time NCAA National Champion and eight-time College Cup finalist from his tenure at Notre Dame. He has also led the University of Tulsa, Baylor University, and the University of Pittsburgh to their first-ever NCAA Tournament appearances at each institution. Waldrum has been named National Coach of the Year four times and has served as head coach of the Nigeria Women's National Team, coaching at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympics. He has also served as head coach of the U.S. U-23 Women's National Team and Trinidad & Tobago Women's National Team. Waldrum currently serves as Technical Director at the University of Pittsburgh.
