This Special Topics Diploma is designed to focus on how to effectively and comprehensively plan, deliver training sessions and programming that is player centric. This Special Topics Diploma will connect player development across three tiers:
- Young players (9 to 10 years of age)
- Emerging talents (11 to 13 years of age)
- Growing into Performance (14 years of age and older)
Better Coaching = Better Players
Time Commitment: The course will run for 3 hours on Friday, August 8th and then 8 hours on Saturday, August 9th.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to attend
Course Pricing: $200 for United Soccer Coaches Members; $250 for non-members
Lodging: Lodging is NOT provided for this course. There are several housing options in the Abilene, TX area.
Meals: Meals are NOT provided for this course. Coaches will be responsible for all meals during this course.
Travel: Please do not make any travel arrangements until you receive written notice from the United Soccer Coaches National Office that the course has reached minimum numbers. We will let you know as soon as possible.
